MHTracy Business is a local business directory for Mountain House, Tracy, and nearby communities. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to users.

Residents can browse the app without creating an account. Business owners may create an account or submit business information. Depending on how you use the app, we may collect:

• Name, email address, and phone number for business-owner accounts and listing submissions.
• Business information such as business name, category, city, address, phone number, website, description, services, offers, promo codes, and keywords.
• Ad submission content, including ad text, links, and uploaded ad images.
• Firebase account identifiers and basic authentication records needed to operate owner login.

How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

• Provide the local business directory and business detail screens.
• Allow business owners to submit, claim, and manage listings.
• Review and approve business listings and ads before they appear in the app.
• Operate account login, security, support, and app functionality.
• Improve the quality and accuracy of local business listings.

Public Business Listings

Business listing information may be visible to app users after it is imported from available sources or approved through admin review. Business owners may request changes or removal by contacting us.

Ads and Uploaded Images

Business owners may submit ads for review. Approved ads may be shown in the app. Uploaded ad images are stored using Firebase Storage and are used only to display submitted ads.

Tracking and Advertising

We do not use personal information to track users across apps or websites owned by other companies. The app does not currently include third-party advertising tracking.

Service Providers

We use Firebase services from Google to support authentication, database storage, file storage, hosting, and related app operations.

Data Retention

We keep account, listing, claim, and ad information as long as needed to operate the app, review submissions, support business owners, comply with legal obligations, and maintain directory accuracy.

Your Choices

You may contact us to request corrections, listing removal, or account deletion. Residents do not need an account to browse the directory.

Children

MHTracy Business is not intended to collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the app changes. The updated policy will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
