Resident Help
Residents can browse businesses, ads, coupons, and favorites without creating an account. If a listing, ad, or coupon looks incorrect, use the in-app report option or email support with the business name and issue.
Business Owner Help
Business owners can create an account in the app, register a new business, claim an imported business, submit ads, create coupons, and request additional ad or promotion hours. Submissions are reviewed before they go live.
Account Deletion
Business owners can delete their account inside the app from Account. Account deletion removes the owner account and owner-submitted content. Associated live business listings may be disabled or unclaimed so the directory remains accurate.
Listing Corrections
To request a correction, include the business name, city, current incorrect information, and the corrected information. Business ownership and listing updates may require review.
